Description
The 15-year-old Shijiazhuang Y-5 crashed onto a wooded mountain in rain and fog. Two crew members were killed. The captain and the six passengers suffered serious injuries. Probable Causes of the Accident: Poor communication between the air and the ground; attempt to remain VFR in IMC; disregard of minimum safety altitude requirements.
