Description

The aircraft ground looped on takeoff when the pilot failed to maintain directional control. As a result the undercarriage collapsed and a fire broke out. PROBABLE CAUSE(S) pilot in command – failed to maintain directional control FACTOR(S) miscellaneous acts,conditions – overload failure
