Incident Overview

Description
TABA Flight 876 was scheduled to fly from Marechal to Sementes carrying 2 crew members. The aircraft was given a cruise altitude of FL075. Meanwhile a Beechcraft A36 Registered PT-ODB was also given a route in which the 2 would near each over. Upon reaching Cruise, The Beechcraft would utilize GPS to navigate the airspace. TABA 876 would report that PT-ODB was at FL065 while was actually at FL085. As PT-OBD began to descend the aircraft would impact A horizontal Stabilizer of TABA 876. PT-ODB would impact the ground at nearly a 90 degree nose down atitude. The Beechcraft would be obliterated killing all 6 onboard. The Embraer would be able to land safely. Probable Cause: Failure of the GPS navigation lead to the inability to detect TABA 876 which in turn lead to the collision as well as the improper experience of the Pilot of the Beechcraft.
