THE PLT STATED THAT THEY HAD MADE A NORMAL LANDING AND ON ROLLOUT EXPERIENCED SEVERE VIBRATION FROM A NOSE WHEEL SHIMMY.THE VIBRATION RESULTED IN SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER SPAR ATTACH POINTS. Probable Cause:
