During a resupply mission to support Operation Market Garden, an aircraft crash-landed after receiving flak damage. Two air dispatchers exited, one was killed, and the remaining occupants were captured by German troops. The airplane was salvaged and relegated to ground instructional airframe with serial 5567M.
