A Twin Otter aircraft, carrying two pilots and two Mexican oil executives, departed C£cuta on a VFR flight plan but never reached C£cuta Tower. The aircraft was discovered three days later at altitude 115 on Oroque Mountain in the Norte de Santander region. Description

The Twin Otter departed at 08:00 on a VFR flight plan to C£cuta. Weather conditions however, were IMC and C£cuta was closed. The crew never reported to C£cuta Tower. The aircraft was found 3 days later at FL115 on Oroque Mountain in the Norte de Santander region. There were two pilots and two Mexican oil executives on board.
