Description

During taxi, the hydraulic line to the left brake failed. Directional control was lost and the aircraft collided with a person and containers on the apron. The co-pilot had no license. Maintenance documentation on the aircraft was not available. The operator had no administrative structure and its maintenance operations was inadequate.
