Aviation incident involving JA8576 approached Tokyo Int. Airport by IFR. Turbulence was experienced at 2,000 feet, resulting in a seriously injured 80-year-old passenger fracturing her 11th and 12th thoracic vertebras. A probable cause is that a corporate passenger sustained a bone fracture due to the aircraft being violently jolted vertically by wake turbulence left behind by a preceding aircraft or the second nearest preceding aircraft.Aviation incident involving JA8576 approached Tokyo Int.
