The aircraft initiated taxiing onto a portion of taxiway Hotel, which was subsequently closed due to a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) C2398/23. The aircraft struck the barrier, resulting in a nose gear shear and propeller contact with the taxiway surface. The crew immediately shut down engines and reported a landing gear collapse to ground control, initiating an emergency evacuation.
