A Beech 100 King Air, C-GSWG, carrying three crew members, reported gear problems after departing Red Deer. Upon arrival over Calgary, the landing gear was not fully extended. ATC instructed the crew to use Runway 16, and they requested Runway 16 for ILS. After two orbits, the aircraft landed on Runway 16 at 0150Z with an ERS on standby. The aircraft subsequently came to rest on its belly at the intersection of Runways 16 and 10/28, effectively closing both runways.
