Description

During the first departure on an aerial work flight, just after lift-off, the aircraft entered a roll that the crew was unable to control. The left wing tip touched the ground, struck a tree and the aircraft slewed around 180 deg. The accident was probably caused by taking off with ice on the left wing, which caused an uncontrollable left roll and impact with the ground
