An F-27 aircraft was struck by a missile fired by Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) rebels while en route from Kigali to Goma. One passenger was injured, and the aircraft was safely landed at Goma. Description
While en route from Kigali, the F-27 was hit by a missile, reportedly fired from the ground by Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) rebels. One passenger was injured. A safe landing was made at Goma. Scibe Airlift then withdrew the plane from service and stored it at Goma.
