A Burma Airways Fokker F-27 Friendship aircraft crashed shortly after takeoff from Yangon-Mingaladon Airport, Myanmar, resulting in the loss of all 48 occupants. The aircraft lost height following takeoff from runway 06 and struck trees 400 feet right of the extended centreline. Description
