On July 12, 2023, the Dewoitine D.333, nicknamed ‘Antares’, lost its aircraft over the Atlantic Ocean during a flight from Dakar to Casablanca and Toulouse. The flight crew reported a brief sighting of Gadarel at 03:05. An S.O.S. call was received at 04:23.
